Harare-Under fire wife of Zimbabwe Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, Marry was finally granted bail by High Court Judge Pisirai Kwenda, she had been in state custody for close to three weeks.

Marry was ordered to pay ZWL$ 50 000  and as part of her bail conditions surrender as surety title deeds to a Highlands home owned by her father Keni Mubaiwa.

She was also ordered to surrender her diplomatic passport, report to the police once in a fortnight every Friday and not to interfere with witnesses.

The former model is facing allegations of attempted murder on her husband as well as money laundering, externalisation and fraud charges.

She was arrested in December last year and attempts to be granted bail were denied by the courts as they cited the gravity of the allegations that she is facing.

Marry is going through a nasty divorce from the Vice President which has resulted in stunning allegations of drug abuse and addiction being made against the model as Chiwenga battles to secure custody of the couple’s 3 minor children.   Marry was arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) allegedly at the orders of Chiwenga.
