Johannesburg – Afro-pop singer Vusi Nova has been found after he was kidnapped on Friday morning outside his Mellville home.

Nova was reportedly found by Brixton police.

His PA Delphine Klassen said singer and four other people were attacked by a group of men who then took off with Nova and a band member in his vehicle.

Earlier on Thursday night Nova performed at Ntando’s album launch at the Soweto Theatre. The singer, in high spirits, said he was honoured to be sharing a stage with someone he has admired while growing up.

He also introduced three young men who he is currently mentoring, alongside Ntando. Police said that an investigation is underway.
