A DRAMA teacher had an unscripted run in with the law while allegedly performing a sex act on an underage pupil in her car during the middle of the night.
A Broward County judge ordered a middle school teacher to stay away from children Friday after she was accused of raping a 15-year-old boy.
According to an arrest report, the victim was a student in Pamela Stigger’s eighth-grade drama class during the 2015-16 school year.
Pamela Stigger, 33, claimed she was “only trying to mentor him” but the 15-year-old told police she had told him to go to the back seat where they took off their trousers and underwear and had sex.
Deputies said they saw Stigger and the boy in the back seat of the vehicle and the boy was nude from the waist down.
Authorities said the teen told them that Stigger was on the way to drop him off at his home when she stopped her car and they began kissing.
He said she told him to go to the back seat because there was more room and they had sex, authorities said.
According to the arrest report, Stigger was performing oral sex on the teen when he told her that deputies were walking toward the car.
Detectives said Stigger claimed that the teen was trying to seduce her and that she was “only trying to mentor him.”
The teen was taken to the Nancy J. Cotterman Center, where a rape examination was performed.
Deputies said Stigger currently has a “custodial relationship” over the teen.
She was arrested on charges of sexual assault on a minor by a custodian and sexual offense against a minor.
