Independent presidential candidate Dr. Nkosana Moyo says the ruling Zanu PF party is using cattle to buy votes in order to win the forthcoming general elections. He claims that the recent move President Emmerson Mnangagwa to distribute cattle to villagers in Gwanda was vote-buying.
