100 000 Expected At Emmerson Mnangagwa Masvingo Rally

Zanu PF Masvingo Province says all is set for the presidential rally to be held this Friday (tomorrow).

As the Zanu PF party intensifies campaigns ahead of the elections billed for the 30^th of July, the party’s First Secretary Cde Emmerson Mnangagwa will be in Masvingo at Mucheke Stadium where he will meet thousands.

The party’s provincial chairman Cde Ezra Chadzamira told the ZBC News that all is going according to plan in terms of preparations.

“Tirikutarisira about 100 000 people. Vanhu varikufarira mukuru wavo, kuuya kwake for the first time to address them as President,” he said.

The President is also expected to visit King Mine in Mashava and tour the Cold Storage Company in Masvingo.

Cde Chadzamira said the President’s visit to the companies is an indication that he is serious about the revival of the economy.

“President vanogara vachiti business first and politics behind ndosaka mutungamiri varikuenda kuMashava neCSC,” said cde Chadzamira.

Masvingo is one of Zimbabwe’s ancient cities with a rich historical significance for President Mnangagwa and Zanu PF party.
