Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is set to deliver his keynote speech

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will denounce “greed-is-good capitalism” today as he sets out plans to radically transform the UK economy, including a “green jobs revolution” to create 400,000 skilled posts.

The Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will deliver his keynote speech at the close of the Labour party’s annual conference in Liverpool, which has been dominated by talk of Brexit.

The event has seen Mr Corbyn and shadow chancellor John McDonnell set out a range of policies to reverse inequalities in wealth and economic power.

Mr Corbyn has also faced scrutiny over his handling of the anti-Semitism row throughout the four-day conference but told the BBC he had done “everything I can” to tackle racism.
