PRETORIA – President Cyril Ramaphosa removed Justice Minister Thembi Simelane from her position Wednesday amid mounting pressure over her links to the VBS bank scandal, reassigning her to lead the human settlements portfolio in a broader cabinet reshuffle. The president appointed former
