Former Former Big Brother housemate lands a role in Generations the legacy

ward winning Actor and filmmaker Munya Chidzonga has landed himself a role in a South African soap opera Generations the legacy.

Announcing the news on his facebook page on Wednesday, Chidzonga said he was set to play his role next month.

“Another day in the office…4am call time …New role on Generations the legacy loading…catching Detective Chakunda next months.Dates to be advised,”He wrote.

Chidzonga first rose to prominence in 2008, with his appearance on the reality TV show Big Brother Africa representing Zimbabwe in its third season, in which he achieved third place.

In 2010, he participated in the fifth season of Big Brother Africa, becoming runners-up losing to Uti Nwachukwu, the representative for Nigeria, who also contestedin Season 3.After the reality show, Munya went on to produce and act in the films Lobola(2010) andThe Gentleman(2011)

He thanked all his fans for their support and urged them to continue supporting him.
